Modern diseases are often linked to lifestyle. We help you identify modifiable risks and offer a comprehensive 28-point guide with over 100 practical recommendations to improve your healthspan, not just lifespan.

Compression of Morbidity: Live Longer, Stay Healthier

Our goal isn’t just longevity—it’s vitality. We focus on helping you live longer and healthier by delaying the onset of illness and maximising your quality of life through evidence-based strategies.

What to Expect From Your Three In Depth Consultations

At the heart of the Health Extension Longevity Program (HELP) is a three-stage consultation process designed to give you a complete picture of your health and personalised strategies to improve it.

Consultation 1:

Comprehensive Health Assessment

Your journey begins with a full-picture view of your current health and potential risks.

What’s included:

  • A detailed health history questionnaire
  • Physical examination covering 10 key systems, including cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological and more
  • A range of advanced blood and non-radiation diagnostic tests (many bulk-billed)

This first consultation focuses on early detection, helping to identify underlying issues before they become medical concerns. It lays the foundation for your personalised preventative care plan.

Consultation 2:

Test Results & Insights

Once your results are in, Dr Hayes will guide you through them step-by-step in plain language.

What to expect:

  • A clear explanation of all test results
  • Discussion of any recommended follow-up or specialist tests
  • In-house assessments if needed — such as ECG max testing
  • This session gives you a deeper understanding of your risk factors, and health priorities, and starts shaping your long-term health strategy.

Consultation 3:

Personalised Longevity Plan

In the final consultation, everything comes together into your tailored plan. This is a Landmark Report and Record for you to refer to and base your health future on.

You’ll receive:

  • A fully personalised report based on your history, tests, and physical exam
  • Practical, evidence-based recommendations across lifestyle, nutrition, supplements, and ongoing care
  • Clear goals for improving both lifespan and healthspan, how well you live, not just how long
  • This session equips you with a clear plan to stay energised, resilient, and thriving, now and for years to come.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about HELP and how it supports your long-term health.

What is the Health Extension Longevity Program (HELP)?

HELP is our flagship program designed to support healthy ageing, prevent disease, and optimise your wellbeing. It combines medical testing, lifestyle strategies, and personalised care to help extend your healthspan — not just your lifespan.

How long does the program run?

HELP is a stand-alone program complete in itself.

Dr Hayes is available for further consultations should you wish.

How is this different from the usual medical consultations?

People have only gone to the doctor when they are ill. This has been called “Bottom of the Cliff” or “Salvage” Medicine. HELP stops you ‘going over the cliff’ – it identifies your familial, lifestyle and hidden test factors to prevent illnesses and premature deaths.

Is it backed by science?

Yes. HELP is built on cutting-edge, evidence-based research in longevity medicine, functional medicine, and preventative health. All interventions are guided by clinical data and tailored to your biology.

Who is HELP suitable for?

Anyone interested in proactive, preventative health. Whether you’re in your 30s looking to optimise your future health or in your 60s or older, wanting to age well and feel your best, HELP can be tailored to your individual needs.

SPECIAL HELP NOTE

Take Control

With HELP you are not a patient but an active steward of your own health, managing aging itself as a risk factor, predicting and preventing and not just treating illnesses. We achieve this by your increased access to advanced personal health data, diagnostic tools and the latest information, allowing for your more proactive and individualised approach, separating well-founded science and the most practical and adoptable program from hype and false promises.

While experimental therapies and extreme biohacking continue to dominate headlines, these should not be mistaken for proven, evidenced solutions that actually work. Comprehensive health diagnostics form HELP’s base. These include advanced specific Pathology, Imaging and In-house Biomarker analyses and assessments that establish your individual baseline, which becomes critical for customising and optimising your health. Longevity has become this very trendy topic, but getting the correct information and fundamentals solves most problems. Most basic are lifestyle interventions which are pillars backed by decades of research, but which have been profoundly expanded by HELP based on the latest research. Then we offer our unique Predictive Analysis and the correction of any identified problems.

HELP recommends evidenced and proven health metrics, measures and procedures. We do not recommend off-label pharmaceuticals, performance-targeted supplements, experimental medical devices, unregulated therapies or biological tools that are still in the early stages of testing and extreme biohacking. We do, however, monitor emerging therapeutics, including drugs and interventions specifically designed to address aging-related diseases that may have a place in the future. If there is anything proven to benefit you, we will know about it and implement it.

The Gender Gap in Longevity Care

Although women live longer than men, data reveals they spend significantly more of their lives in poor health. According to a recent report by the World Economic Forum, women may experience up to 25% more years with chronic conditions compared to men. Women often need to see four or more providers just to find the care they need and have often not been believed or dismissed but have higher risks of osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, and Alzheimer’s. Yet symptoms often go undertreated or dismissed.

Women’s Consultations

Women are chaperoned at all stages by our nurses, but Dr Hayes will also refer you to a specialised Women’s Clinic if wanted.

The Inequity of Access

The idea of longevity feels a little bit exclusive, but it should not be solely for the rich. Elite clinics and boutique diagnostics promise personalised care, but these come at a steep price. Annual memberships to health clinics can run into the $thousands. The reason we have pioneered longevity is because we firmly believe HELP is simply the absolute best action you can take for your life and our aim is to facilitate availability by minimising our remuneration. You will not find such expertise for less.

We offer payment plans and encourage employer-sponsorship.
